Travis Helm, CEO and Co-Founder. Travis Helm has almost twenty years’ experience in the loyalty and reward industry. He started his career with Discover Card, where he was responsible for managing their rewards program. Mr. Helm left Discover to join USAA to head up their banking loyalty division, which included oversight of their bank card loyalty program. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Helm has founded or participating in the launch of several companies including Medical Shield, Strategy One Solutions and Rental Safeguard. Mr. Helm holds a BA degree in Business Administration and Economics from Canyon University.
David Gould, EVP Marketing and Sales and Co-Founder. David Gould has worked in and with the cruise industry for over 25 years. After serving almost ten years in operations and marketing at Cunard Line, he co-founded Allin Interactive, which provides ITV for the cruise industry. He played a key role in taking that company public in 1997. He later worked with Canyon Ranch to develop its spa programs for the cruise industry. From 2002–2008 his company, Hospitality Brands, operated wine clubs and wine programs for clients including Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises and Holland America Line. Gould brings an intimate knowledge of the travel industry to Solution One Partners.
