A few common questions.

Do we have to switch to HubSpot?

No. HubSpot is where we do most of our work and usually where we recommend operators land, but we work across other CRM environments too — including GymSales, Club OS, InTouch, Go High Level, and Salesforce. We start from what you run today and what your workflow actually needs.

Will I talk to a salesperson or to someone who builds it?

Someone close to the build. There's no telephone game and no handoff to a back-of-house team you'll never meet. The person hearing what's broken is the person mapping the fix.

What if our CRM is a mess right now?

That's the normal starting point. Cleanup and rebuilds are a big part of what we do — messy stages, dead automation, duplicate data, reporting nobody trusts. The worse it is, the more there is to fix.

Do you only work with fitness businesses?

Fitness is where we're most operator-native, but we also build for education, home services, and patient services — chiropractors and med spas. The approach is the same across all of them: build the CRM around the business, not the other way around.

How big does our business need to be?

We're built for multi-location operators — roughly 10 to 250 locations — though we work with growing operators, franchise groups, and larger teams. The sweet spot is operators who need a CRM that fits the way they actually run.
